Roasting

Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate. It softens and transforms into warm to your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa adds citrus notes for balance. The result is a coffee that is delicious on its own, with cake or milk chocolate. It would complement vanilla cakes with lemon drizzle and lemon sponges.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding water that has just been boiled will keep it warm. After the coffee is brewed, allow it to sit for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted.  coffee bean 1kg  should be pushed through by the plunger.
